I am a mother of 3 children and I am pacing with them to continue to shift mindset and find new life skills to adapt and regenerate working in tandem with our Planet.Being mindful of that the value of interdependency and collaboration with our ecosystem plays a big part of survival success rates. I was the Green School Ambassador in Bali back in 2010 founded by John and Cynthia Hardy in Ubud.

Dr Sylvia Earle said “Green School is a hope spot for the planet, and all the students in it.”
I am also a passionate diver and been involved with coral restoration projects. As you know, Mother Ocean is unpredictable sometimes. If you’re familiar with the currents and you’re very adept with your dive gear, as well as the techniques necessary to be able to tie each coral to the structure, which is embedded into the seabed, then it becomes, a rewarding and special experience. There’s no words to describe what it’s like, suspended together with fish that are investigating you as you are building their new habitats .It’s like you get into a zone where you’re mindful of your environment, you’re mindful of what is around you, but at the same time, I get to a point where I personally become absolutely focused on the single task of tying as many broken coral and healthy coral and plant them. Sometimes I do lose track of time in this investigative, meditative state of fulfilling a single task. Overall these kinds of dives make it a true bonding experience that money cannot buy.
