Christine Amour-Levar is a French-Swiss-Filipina environmental advocate, social entrepreneur, and author dedicated to empowering women and protecting our planet’s most vulnerable ecosystems. She is the founder of HER Planet Earth and co-founder of Women on a Mission, initiatives that harness the power of adventure and advocacy to raise awareness and funds for women’s causes and environmental conservation. Christine also co-founded Investors for Climate, a platform channeling capital toward climate tech startups and sustainable ventures, fostering impactful solutions to the climate crisis.

Her work has taken her to some of the world’s most remote and fragile environments, from the Arctic, the Antarctic to the rainforests of Asia, where she has witnessed firsthand the effects of climate change. Known for her commitment to sustainable action and gender equality, Christine has led numerous expeditions and global campaigns, inspiring meaningful action on behalf of both women and the environment.

This summer, Christine joins Dr. Sylvia Earle’s 90th birthday Arctic expedition, the BIG ACE High Arctic Odyssey, where she will stand alongside global changemakers to amplify the urgent call for climate action. As a storyteller and advocate for change, Christine will help document and share the Arctic’s story, aiming to galvanize a global response to the climate crisis.
