En Lee

En is a pioneering impact investor and sustainable finance champion. As Head of Sustainable and Impact Investments at LGT, he managed the regional impact investment portfolio across SE Asia and China, spanning sectors such as healthcare, education, agriculture, renewable energy and financial inclusion. He currently serves as Senior Advisor to LGT Bank (Singapore) and Lightrock, a global private equity impact investment firm. A recognized industry leader, En serves on the founding Executive Committee of the Singapore Sustainable Finance Association and the boards of UN Global Compact Singapore and the Singapore Venture & Private Capital Association. He was named an inaugural Sustainable Finance Fellow by The Institute of Banking; Finance Singapore and a Finance Leaders Fellow of the Aspen Institute. En is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network and the Young Presidents Organization.

Based in Singapore, En has lived and worked abroad for over two decades in London, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Sydney. He is an avid scuba diver, skier and passionate explorer, having travelled to over 60 countries. A committed conservationist, En has supported various marine and terrestrial conservation initiatives – from whale sharks and mantas rays to macaws and mangroves. He is also a strong advocate of the arts and serves on the board of the Singapore Repertory Theatre.
