Hock Woon founded MindVibes Pte Ltd in 2023. The company focuses on leveraging cutting-edge scientific research and the depth of operational leadership experience to unlock human potential, develop leaders, and transform organizations. Hock Woon is a seasoned public sector leader with a storied career holding senior management positions in the Army and SportSG. His 31 years in the Army included key appointments such as Commander of 9 Div (Brigadier General) and Commander of Special Operations Task Force (SOFT). During his tenure in the SAF, Hock Woon has commanded both local and overseas operations, which has earned him numerous state medals. He has also been instrumental in the capability and training development of the Commando and Infantry formations including the setting up of Commando Training Institute (CTI) and the Centre of Excellence for Soldiers Performance (CESP). In SportSG as Deputy CEO, Hock Woon has skilfully steered numerous organizational transformations, his management expertise spanned a broad spectrum from strategic design to operations, digital transformation, and HR transformation. Recognized for his leadership during COVID, he spearheaded ActiveHealth which was commissioned by the Public Service Division (PSD) to implement evidence-based strategies that bolster mental health and resilience across public service agencies and communities at large.  Hock Woon also possessed deep expertise and knowledge in the field of psychology and neuroscience of mental health, exercise is medicine and exercise science.
