James William Bradley Budden

James Budden is a Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Rising Tide Investment (RTI), a Singapore-based venture capital firm – RTI is focused on backing visionary founders, seeking to address global challenges through innovative scalable technology and disruptive solutions.  James built up his expertise through a 17-year international career in banking and finance, with experience drawn from roles in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

As a father to two energetic young boys, James is always on the move and is passionate about ensuring that we leave the planet in the best possible shape for future generations.  As an avid scuba diver (certified to Rescue level), James is fascinated by all things underwater and is actively involved in coral protection and restoration projects.
