Her work aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, including ethnographic research on biodiversity in the Netherlands, initiatives to reduce food waste, and exploring technology’s role in shaping future leaders.
A seasoned traveler who has set foot on all seven continents, Saanya has witnessed the planet’s beauty and fragility firsthand. Her experience as a Youth Ambassador in the 2041 ClimateForce Antarctic Expedition, under Sir Robert Swan O.B.E., deepened her commitment to sustainability and collective climate action.
She recently founded an impact-driven sustainable fashion and lifestyle brand, promoting conscious consumption and a deeper connection between people and the planet. Through storytelling and community engagement, she aims to transform how individuals interact with their environment.
Beyond her professional work, Saanya is an accomplished Indian classical dancer, performing at prestigious venues across India and internationally, including the Embassy of India in the Netherlands. She uses dance as a powerful medium to raise awareness about nature, cultural preservation, and human values, believing in its ability to transcend borders and inspire change.
